But a recent article from Zillow shares a few tricks sellers can use to attract potential buyers. One of the most obvious, but often forgotten, tips is to keep the heat at a comfortable temperature. While it is nice to save a few pennies by lowering the thermostat when you are not at home, a cold reception could discourage buyers from sticking around long enough to take a good look at your home.
