Pending Home Sales Reach Highest Level in 18 Months
Pending home sales have jumped to their highest level since August 2013 thanks to increased buyer demand. That is the finding of the latest report from the National Association of REALTORS. The promising data, which is based on January 2015 pending home sales, shows an increase for every region nationwide except the Midwest, which decreased 0.7 percent. The urban legend that Starbucks is good for the neighborhood now has data to support the claim.
